College Self-guided Tours

Neither location of the Mint Museum includes a cafeteria. However, the Mint Museum Uptown is home to Mariposa, a chic restaurant and lounge. The Mint Museum Uptown also offers plenty of dining options within walking distance. The Mint Museum Randolph offers many dining options within a short driving distance.

Please note: food and drink are prohibited in both Mint Museum locations. 

Mint Museum Randolph offers a designated “bus parking” area on the left side of Museum Plaza. Park for free!

For buses visiting Mint Museum Uptown, the bus drop-off area is located on Levine Avenue of the Arts (formerly First Street, a short street that spans two blocks from Mint Street to Church Street to Tryon Street). Pull bus into drop-off area next to the museum on Levine Avenue of the Arts and drop off group. Proceed to Mint Museum Randolph, located approximately three miles from the Mint Uptown. Park in the designated “bus parking” area located on the left side of Museum Plaza.
