Acclaimed fiber artist and Jewelry designer, Nora Fok uses nylon fishing line to create complex jewelry inspired by natural forms. Her delicate, intricate structures transform organic forms into wearable, ethereal sculpture. Nora Fok’s work is featured in the Mint’s Body Embellishment exhibition and is in the collections of the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Crafts Council and the National Museums of Scotland.

Join us for a NexGen workshop and roundtable with contemporary jewelry designer, Nora Fok.

NexGen MINT Participants will have the chance to work with contemporary jewelry designer, Nora Fok to create a piece modernist jewelry using nylon fishing line. Immediately following this hands-on activity, participants will engage in a lively round table discussion with the artist about her intention, inspiration, and career path.
