The Mint-organized exhibition Connecting the World: The Panama Canal at 100 contains Edward Laning's significant work "T.R. in Panama," depicting then-President Teddy Roosevelt's historic visit to the Canal. Visit the painting and learn more about the exhibition during a gallery "Spotlight Tour" at 6:30 p.m., and then go to the James B. Duke Auditorium for a FREE screening of excerpts from the acclaimed Ken Burns #RooseveltsPBS documentary "The Roosevelts: An Intimate History."
