CineMás brings the best of Latin film to Charlotte. With screenings taking place throughout spring, summer and fall. Each CineMás screening will highlight those films that go unseen by most of America. CineMás shows will get you thinking, discussing, and understanding more about your Latin neighbors and beyond. Mato Sem Cachorro, the Brazilian romantic comedy of famed director, Pedro Amorim, (Domingo de Páscoa, Quase Anônimos) about the day a man, Deco, almost runs over a puppy and meets the love of his life, Zoé. The couple and their dog live the dream, until one day she wants out of the relationship. Pedro Amorim tells the hilarious adventure that ensues after Deco and his best friend, Leléo, come up with a plan to get Zoé back in his life.

Doors open at 6:00 PM and the film will begin at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $5.00 and can be bought in advance at the Latin American Coalition or the day of the event at the Mint Museum Randolph.
