The Way I Used to Be shares an ‘unforgettable story’ of a young woman as she struggles to find strength in the aftermath of an assault and subsequent hardships that contribute to her challenges to be whole again. Joining in the chat will be Charlotte Psychotherapist and Teen Health Educator Delilah McDonald, MSW, LCSW who will provide insight and community resources that all can share to help sexual abuse and domestic violence victims, parents, and communities heal.
