Conceived as an open and experimental creative space\, the studio brings together their shared experiences rooted between Paris and Guadeloupe. \nOne of their most recent key research projects\, Élòj kréyòl\, uses design and contemporary cultural objects to examine and reimagine the overlooked\, fragmented\, and forgotten cultural and craft traditions of Creole societies in the West Indies. \nAbout the Contemporary Architecture and Design Series\nPresented by Wells Fargo\, the Contemporary Architecture and Design Series features talks by a select group of innovative architects and contemporary designers.

Dubbed the “bad boy of art\,” Caravaggio lived with a swagger and carried a sword he wasn’t afraid to use. Despite the chaos that chased him from city to city\, Caravaggio never stopped painting. \nHis dramatic realism spread across Italy and eventually throughout Western Europe\, reshaping the future of art.
