SUMMARY:Sound Bath Series
DESCRIPTION:Join the Mint Museum for a calming and immersive Sound Bath experience led by facilitator Emmanuel Daniels. Held on the first Tuesday of each month\, this restorative program invites participants to slow down\, reset\, and connect through sound. \nEach session incorporates elements of breathwork\, guided meditation\, gentle movement\, and live instrumental and vocal sound\, creating a soothing environment designed to support relaxation and reflection. Taking place in the Mint Museum Uptown Atrium\, the Sound Bath offers a peaceful way to unwind midweek and experience the museum in a sensory-rich setting. \nParticipants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat\, a bolster\, a blanket\, or a pillow for comfort. Chairs will also be available throughout the room for those who prefer to participate seated.
