SUMMARY:Yoga on the Lawn
DESCRIPTION:Participate in a one-hour yoga class with Dancing Lotus Yoga + Art on select Saturdays on the front lawn\, or indoors\, at Mint Museum Randolph (weather permitting). Classes are free for Mint members and $10 for nonmembers. During the winter months\, this class will be hosted inside Mint Museum Randolph. Simpson. \nAs you look and sketch mindfully\, explore the difference between the centered state of being and the frenetic state of doing. \nThe session will include mindful breathing\, guided slow looking meditation and conversation. \nSketching materials and stools provided.\nNo sketching experience necessary.
