Join us for a panel discussion from 6–8 PM that explores the importance of provenance research in shaping ethical and informed collecting practices. Panelists include:
• Lisa Homann, PhD, professor of African Art at UNC Charlotte
• Kunter Kula, director of Fine Art at Doyle
• B.E. Noel, art advisor
• Eric Shiner, president of Powerhouse Arts, board chair of the Romare Bearden Foundation, and former director of the Andy Warhol Museum.
The conversation will be moderated by Jen Sudul Edwards, chief curator and curator of Contemporary Art at The Mint Museum. Panel discussion 6–8 PM. Cash bar, galleries open late.
