Sunshine and Shadow Quilt

(, - present)

The label attached to the back of the quilt reads "Sunshine + Shadow Amish. W. Maryland." While the quilt's provenance and pattern name were included on the label, the maker's name was not given. The absence of an individual name may indicate that this quilt was made by a group of Amish women rather than one individual in particular.
