From Interstate 77 Northbound:
Take the Trade Street/Fifth Street exit (exit 10). Turn right on Trade Street
and head east toward downtown. Follow Trade Street for approximately 1 miles
and it will change names to Elizabeth Avenue. Continue on Elizabeth Avenue until
it dead-ends at Hawthorne Lane in front of Presbyterian Hospital. Turn right
on Hawthorne Lane. At the next stoplight, turn left on Fourth Street. At the
next block Fourth Street will change names to Randolph Road. Continue on Randolph
Road and the Mint Museum of Art is approximately one mile down the road on the right.
From Interstate 77 Southbound and Interstate 85:
Take 77 South to the Trade Street East Exit (exit 10B). Turn right on Trade Street
and head east toward downtown. Follow Trade Street for approximately 1 miles
and it will change names to Elizabeth Avenue. Continue on Elizabeth Avenue until
it dead-ends at Hawthorne Lane in front of Presbyterian Hospital. Turn right
on Hawthorne Lane. At the next stoplight, turn left on Fourth Street. At the
next block Fourth Street will change names to Randolph Road. Continue on Randolph
Road and the Mint Museum of Art is approximately one mile down the road on the right.
Directions to the Mint Museum of Craft + Design from the Mint Museum of Art:
Exit the Mint Museum of Art parking lot and turn left on Randolph Road. After
approximately one mile, Randolph Road changes name to Fourth Street. Follow Fourth
Street toward downtown and turn right on to College Street. Follow College Street
for three blocks and turn right on Seventh Street. Turn right into the Seventh
Street Station parking deck, which offers 90 minutes of free parking. Exit the
deck and head two blocks north on either Sixth or Seventh Street. Turn left on
Tryon Street. The Mint Museum of Craft + Design is on the left between Fifth and Sixth Streets.

to Randolph Road. Continue on Randolph Road and Mint Museum of Art is approximately one
mile down the road on the right.
