10:30AM - 1:30PM
This event will bring together grandmothers, mothers and daughters, mentors and mentees, and girls and women from various backgrounds. Gather for a light breakfast, view the F.O.O.D. (Food, Objects, Objectives, Design) exhibition, hear how passing along recipes and creating healthy dishes can encourage quality time, create a recipe box, and commit to feeding the hungry. Each attendee is asked to bring two nonperishable food items to donate to Second Harvest Food Bank.
This event is part of the Mint's celebration of Art Museum Day 2013. Click here for more details.
