Mint Museum Docent Martha Rucker presents her second-in-a-series children’s book Chocolate Chip: Book Two in the Adventures of Peanut. Peanut finds the best way to deal with name calling and bullying as she seeks advice from school friends and grown ups. Following this bi-lingual reading, guests can purchase copies, share healthy snacks and chat with the Ms. Rucker.

Next, a transition to the second book of the day, for mature teens and adults with The Last to Let Go: a twisted tragedy leaves Brooke and her siblings on their own in this provocative new novel from the New York Times bestselling author of The Way I Used To Be, Amber Smith, former Mint assistant curator.
Amber will be reading at 12:15 p.m.
