Enjoy a day of engaging presentations by food writers, chefs, historians, and designers in honor of the museum’s exhibition. The morning and afternoon sessions correlate with the four themes and sections of F.O.O.D.: Kitchen, Pantry, Table and Garden. Speakers include food historian and founder of Gastronomica Darra Goldstein, Jessica Harris, cookbook author, bread expert and Johnson and Wales chef Peter Reinhart, Matteo Bologna, principal of Mucca Design in New York, Asheville-based architect Ken Gaylord, and designers Andrea Trimarchi and Simone Farresin of FormaFantasma whose work is included in the exhibition F.O.O.D.
