Stressed? Find harmony through meditation and art therapy. Discover the calming power of salt in the special exhibition, Return to the Sea: Saltworks by Motoi Yamamoto, on view at Mint Museum UPTOWN. Learn yoga meditation techniques around works of art with Kellie Jackson of Be Yoga Dilworth. Relax and make your own salt scrub with Whispering Willow Soap Company. Enjoy a 7pm gallery talk on Motoi Yamamoto, then participate in Zen-inspired hands-on activities while enjoying a drink from the cash bar.
Yoga Meditation sessions will be held every half hour starting at 6:30pm. Each session is approximately 20 minutes.
