About The Exhibition

The exhibition features 31 American, European and Japanese art works in ceramic, fiber, glass, metal and wood. Of note, among other pieces, are innovative European jewelry forms, Japanese bamboo sculpture, a Judith Schaecter wall-mounted stained glass light box and an Eva Hild ceramic sculpture. Written materials accompany the exhibit and examine the nature of the museum's collecting objectives and the role that the Windgate Charitable Foundation plays in enabling the museum to accomplish its goal in building a masterpiece collection.
