In the 11 years that Clark Patterson Associates has worked with The Mint Museums, they have gained an institutional knowledge that is invaluable to its design team. They have used a wealth of programming and budget information from previous dealings with the Mint to help them develop an efficient and effective package for the Museums.
Clark Patterson offers an array of design, planning and construction services geared toward providing a comprehensive solution to client needs. Their full service, "hands on" business philosophy allows them to develop thorough project management plans to guide clients from design and planning all the way to construction completion and occupation. Some of the clients who have benefited from Clark Patterson's expertise include: Brunswick County Community College, Shalom Park Jewish Community Center, Charlotte Country Day School, North Carolina State University and Myers Park Presbyterian Church.
As a founding partner of the Charlotte office, Consulting Principal Donald Lee has guided the marketing and design efforts of the firm for 36 years. He believes the key to a successful project is listening to the client, understanding their needs and interpreting those needs into a functional, aesthetic solution within the project budget. His dedication to client service and design excellence has earned respect and continued patronage from a large and diverse clientele. Currently, as Senior Vice President, he enjoys involvement in project development and supports principals in the firm as necessary on key projects.
Principal-in-charge Aubrey Springer is responsible for the marketing and management of cultural, higher education and private K-12 projects in the Charlotte office. During his 18 years of experience with the firm, Mr. Springer has cultivated long-standing relationships with his clients through his focused attention to problem solving and exemplary service.
During his nine years of service with the firm, Senior Associate and Project Manager Dan Hartenstine has worked on a variety of masterplans and building designs for cultural, religious and institutional clients. With Aubrey Springer fulfilling the role as principal-in-charge for his current projects, Mr. Hartenstine continues to seek out this same blend of clients while working to achieve a high level of design and service.
